This approach aligns with how adults actually learn in professional settings.
Measure adoption depth, not just activation. Most enterprises track whether employees have logged into a platform. Few track whether employees are using its more sophisticated features. Adoption metrics should be designed to reveal competency gaps, not merely confirm that accounts are active.

Cloud technology represents one of the most significant infrastructure investments American enterprises make. The decision to deploy a sophisticated platform without proportional investment in human competency is, in practical terms, a decision to accept a permanent discount on the value that platform can deliver.
Organizations that close the competency gap do not merely use their cloud tools more efficiently. They develop a durable organizational capability — the ability to extract full value from technology investments quickly and consistently.
